Location: Sheffield
Hourly Rate: £18.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (6 months, with potential for extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
You’ll be part of a dedicated team working with substance misuse clients and rough sleepers to help prevent homelessness. The service offers tailored recovery interventions through personalised weekly timetables, alongside multi‑agency collaboration to ensure residents receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of clients with complex needs related to substance misuse.
* Developing and delivering person‑centred recovery plans.
* Facilitating individual and group sessions to support recovery.
* Providing harm reduction advice and BBV (blood‑borne virus) interventions.
* Collaborating with detox teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
What You’ll Need
* Enhanced DBS clearance (essential).
* A strong understanding of substance misuse recovery and harm reduction approaches.
* Experience managing caseloads and delivering tailored interventions.
