Tooth Club in Ipswich are excited to announce they are seeking a reliable and flexible locum qualified dental nurse, to join our clinical team to work across our three practices: Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, and Halstead. This role suits a professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to high standards in patient care, teamwork, and compliance. This position is offered on a full-time basis, working Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off; Saturday work is mandatory), 8:45am – 5:45pm. Travel costs covered when traveling from base practice (Ipswich) to Bury St Edmunds or Halstead. Salary is £12.21 per hour for a trainee or £13.21 per hour for a qualified dental nurse over 21 years of age. Key responsibilities will include; Assist dentists, hygienists, and therapists during clinical procedures Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment Follow cross-infection control protocols and maintain a hygienic clinical setting Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience Accurately update patient records and support compliance documentation Support reception and administrative duties when needed Be flexible and responsive to the needs of multiple practice locations Join Tooth Club Ipswich and take the next step in your dental career with a practice that truly values its team members. About the Candidate To be considered for this position, you will need the following qualifications, skills and experience: Essential: National diploma in Dental Nursing level 3 or equivalent.
