Your Role
As a Stock Investigator, you'll be the key player ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will investigate discrepancies, identify their causes, and resolve issues quickly. Your Responsibilities
* Investigate Discrepancies: Review and resolve issues related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
* Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately document discrepancies and update records in our internal system.
* Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues and ensure smooth operations.
* Problem Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions and prevent future discrepancies.
* Documentation: Keep detailed records of discrepancies, actions, and resolutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to reduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
* Attention to Detail: Quickly identify discrepancies and ensure high accuracy in data entry.
* Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for liaising with stakeholders.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue resolution.
* Teamwork and Independence: Able to collaborate effectively and work independently when needed.
