LSH Auto is seeking experienced and motivated Parts Trade Sales Specialists to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining trade sales relationships by providing excellent customer service, expert product knowledge, and effective sales strategies.
Your primary focus will be to support our trade customers by supplying high-quality automotive parts efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to drive repeat business.
* Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on automotive parts and services.
* Manage orders, quotations, and pricing to maximise sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal departments including warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts.
* Keep updated with the latest product information, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a closely related trade sales environment.
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts, products, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities under deadline pressure.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
* Proficient in relevant sales and inventory software.
* Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
