We are seeking a enthusiastic and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team!
Marston Court is a thirty-nine capacity care home located in Oxford, dedicated to person-centred methods and offering quality residential, early-stage dementia and respite care for older people.
Care charity and provider The Orders of St John Care Trust are respected in the care sector for a flexible range of care provision, making the most of voluntary sector contributions in order to help vulnerable adults achieve a more dignified lifestyle.
What You’ll be Doing
* Design and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs
* Encourage participation and build confidence through meaningful engagement
* Work closely with care staff and clinical teams to support holistic care
* Organise events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
* Maintain records and contribute to care planning
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a care or support setting (preferred)
* Creative flair and a passion for helping others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage individuals with diverse needs
* Organised, flexible, and proactive approach
