TEACHER OF PHYSICS
To commence September 2026
Cranbrook School is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to teach Physics to A Level. The post could suit an ECT or a more experienced teacher with a good degree in Physics or a closely related subject like Engineering. All teachers benefit from wrap-around support and mentoring using Step-Lab coaching. This is a permanent post to commence 1 September 2026.
The Physics department at Cranbrook School is a very driven department, inspiring pupils to enter STEM-related subjects with many going on to study Engineering and Physics at University. We aim to deliver an inclusive education that particularly promotes opportunities for girls with our Girls in STEM strategy. The Physics department achieves the top GCSE and A Level results in the school and we are looking for an ambitious teacher to join us in achieving our aims.
Our Physics teachers are supported by full-time technicians to enable them to deliver an inspiring curriculum taught in designated, very well-equipped science laboratories.
