Are you looking to develop your career in Rehabilitation? We are seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. You will benefit from the expertise of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to your ongoing clinical development, education, and further study.
In this role, you will support the therapy team by managing service users recently discharged from an acute hospital setting, during their assessment and rehabilitation period. Our goal is to ensure excellent communication and support for our service users and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote independence through rehabilitation techniques.
2. Complete day-to-day rehabilitation activities under the instruction of lead therapists.
3. Provide feedback on service users’ progress and support their potential achievement.
4. Undertake delegated clinical and therapy activities.
5. Deliver safe, patient-centered, evidence-based activities.
6. Work under supervision, providing one-to-one and group rehabilitation.
7. Deliver a range of health and social care activities supported by a competency framework.
8. Collaborate within an MDT including nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals.
9. Operational hours are between 08:00 and 18:00 with potential for weekend work.
