The Role
We’re looking for an Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Cybersecurity practice. You’ll focus on developing and delivering high-value recruitment solutions, working with leading organisations and top-tier candidates in Europe and beyond. This is a full 360 role, combining business development, client partnership, and candidate delivery in a market with rising demand.
What you’ll be doing
* Client Partnership – Build and nurture client relationships, offer market intelligence, benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice.
* Business Development – Win new business through networking, proactive outreach, and leveraging Adeptis’ strong reputation.
* Candidate Engagement – Identify, engage, and support outstanding cybersecurity professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your network.
* Full Lifecycle Recruitment – Manage end-to-end process: briefs, searches, offers, and onboarding.
* Market Expertise – Become a trusted advisor by staying ahead of trends, regulations, and skills demands.
* Collaboration – Work with colleagues across the UK, Europe, and the US, contributing to teamwork, ambition, and success.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech or cybersecurity experience a plus).
* A strong track record in business development and client growth.
* Confidence sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A commercial, ambitious mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A team-first approach with drive to hit and exceed targets.
