Working alongside our occupational and physio therapists, you will help provide patients with improved access to cognitive behavioural therapies either one-to-one or in a group, alongside helping your colleagues deliver their management interventions.

Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent patient care along a care pathway across organisational boundaries as a respiratory therapy assistant practitioner.
* Support senior colleagues to deliver individualised treatment plans for patients with complex respiratory conditions.
* Work with allied health professional colleagues to deliver the symptom management programme in 1-1 and group settings.
* Monitor and assist with equipment provision.
* Support flexible working arrangements and participate across bases in East Kent.
Working Pattern and Location
This role is for 22.5 hours a week. We currently have bases in four localities across East Kent and the role works across all areas. Applicants should be flexible in their approach and travel across East Kent; a driving licence and access to a car for work are required.
Additional Working Pattern: 22.5 hours between Mon - Fri; pattern to be agreed.
