Sous Chef - Join a Top Hospitality Team at Loch Lomond!
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + monthly tips (£200-£300)
Hours: Annualised hours (5 days out of 7), January shutdown, week off at Christmas
About the Role:
We're working with a fantastic hospitality venue at Loch Lomond that's looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen team. You'll be cooking great food to at least 2 AA Rosette standard and running your own section of the kitchen. You'll also help with menu planning, stock control, and training the team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Cooking food to a high standard (minimum 2 AA Rosette level)
Managing your kitchen section, including stock and supplies
Training new team members and making sure everyone follows safety rules
Helping with menu ideas and keeping track of inventory
Leading and motivating your team to deliver great food every dayWho We're Looking For:
Experience supervising or managing a small to medium kitchen team
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
Good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH rules
Friendly, hardworking, and passionate about great food
Able to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen
Good communication skills
Right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licenceWhat's In It For You:
