Current Opportunities
* Primary School in North Shields - 25 hrs/week - £14,000 per annum
* Primary School in Wallsend - 32.5 hrs/week - £18,500 per annum
* Primary School in Hartlepool - 28.75 hrs/week - £17,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your catering team in a school environment
* Plan menus and prepare fresh, nutritious, and appealing meals
* Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets efficiently
* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards
* Collaborate with school staff to deliver a seamless catering service
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Chef Manager, Catering Manager, or Head Chef
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Passion for providing healthy, high-quality food for children and young people
* Food hygiene and allergen awareness qualifications
* Confidence in compliance, health & safety, and team management
