* Supporting pupils in class and in therapy-based sessions
* Helping to manage behaviour in a calm and consistent way
* Assisting with personal care and medical needs (training provided)
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
* Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
About You:
* Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is essential
* Comfortable supporting pupils with autism, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviour
* Empathetic, patient, and resilient in your approach
