JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all activities in a production kitchen and managing the provision of catering services within the principal production unit and other satellite units.
Organise and participate in internal and external function catering as required, and arrange transportation of meals and functions as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS
This post is considered regulated work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update before any formal employment offer.
