Support Worker
We are looking for a Support worker to join our Service in Wallasey

What you’ll be doing:
8. The people we support are adults who may have learning disabilities, mental health needs, and or autism with some behaviours perceived to be challenging.
9. Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
10. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
11. participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
12. Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
13. Shifts will include days & sleeps.
14. This is within a busy, vibrant residential service.
Who you are:
15. Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
16. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
17. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
18. Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
19. Flexible as shifts can include days & sleeps.
