An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Swallowdale Primary School as Midday Manager on a permanent basis. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 11.50am to 1.05pm (6.25 hours per week)
You will be responsible for;
• Leading a team of Midday Supervisors with support from the Senior Leadership Team
• To organise and support the creation of rotas, alongside arranging cover within the team when required
• To organise and facilitate a range of activities for children over lunchtime acting as a positive role model

• Have experience in organising a range of activities for children.
• Have excellent communication skills to work with children and adults alike.
• Be a positive role model for inclusion and show an understanding of how to support children with different needs so that all children have a positive lunchtime.
