Bring your compassion, creativity and clinical expertise to a place where every child matters. About Us At St Elizabeth’s, we’re more than a care and education provider — we’re a thriving, values-led community built on compassion, aspiration, collaboration and joy. Nestled in 60 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, we support children, young people and adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities, autism, and a range of complex medical needs. * Maintain high-quality clinical records and contribute to statutory reviews,
* Contribute to clinical governance, quality assurance, and staff training,
* Champion best practice and innovation in mental health support for individuals with complex needs

Qualifications

* A postgraduate qualification in Psychotherapy or related field,
* Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., BACP, HCPC),
* Experience working therapeutically with children and young people with additional or complex needs,
* A collaborative approach to working with families and professional teams,
* Knowledge of mental health strategies, safeguarding, and relevant legislation

Why Join St Elizabeth’s?

* A values-led workplace where you can make a real impact,
* Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development,
* A supportive, close-knit team environment,
* Access to high-quality clinical supervision and CPD,
* Competitive salary and benefits,
* A beautiful working environment with free on-site parking
