RESPONSIBILITIES: You will: Assistintheproductionofmouldedpartsensuringtheyaremouldedto customer specification. Assemble,packandlabelfinishedgoodsinpreparationforshipment. RapidreportingofmachinebreakdowntoProcessteam. RapidreportingofqualityissuestoQualityteam. Followworkinstructionsandstandardoperatingprocedures. Maintain factory floor in excellent order, utilise 5S system, and ensure housekeepingiskepttothehigheststandardinallareasofresponsibilityfor the Moulding Dept. Tosupportthereductionofscrapfromsite. Toensurethatsafetyismaintained/improvedbyreportingunsafeconditions/ incidents. Visualinspectionofproducedcomponentsforqualityandtoidentifyissuesor defects. Basicproblemsolving. Label/wrap/transportpalletstoholdingareas. ContributetoDenroysunifiedmanufacturingexcellenceprogram. Perform any other duties that are appropriate to the role.
