Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons and activities * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils to support early development * Assist with phonics, early numeracy, communication, and personal development * Help to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment * Support observation, assessment, and recording of pupil progress in line with EYFS framework * Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidenceLevel 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Person Specification Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential) * Previous experience working within an EYFS setting * A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures * A genuine passion for supporting young children's developmentLevel 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - To Be Eligible You Must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK * Have an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply) * Be able to provide two professional references (child-related preferred)Please submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
