What You’ll Be Doing Leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care. Overseeing the home’s registration, setup, and early development phase. Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted and regulatory frameworks. Collaborating with social workers, local authorities, and key professionals to support individualised care plans. Managing home budgets and ensuring financial performance. Driving the home’s strategic goals and long-term success.What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 3 years in a senior role within a children’s residential setting. Qualifications: Level 4 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) Skills: Proactive, compassionate leader with safeguarding knowledge, people management skills, and financial insight. Driving: Full UK driving licence required. Flexibility: Able to take part in the on-call rota and adapt to the needs of a new service.Why Join Keys Group?
