Part-Time Manager Opportunity – Wigan – 20 hours – Temporary.
Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in comprehensive training; guide customers through piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store layout with well-organized inventory and easy-to-shop displays.
* Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy environment for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services; stay updated on fashion and social media trends to help customers find their style and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their purchases and piercings on social media to boost engagement.
About You
* Sales-obsessed energy: You enjoy making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
* Social & Digital Savvy: You’re aware of trends and know how to translate them into a great customer experience.
* Customer-First Mentality: You understand people and help them feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibilities.
* Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.
Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings and show patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
* Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
* Some high school completed and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Ability to stand during shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Passion for providing customers opportunities to express themselves daily.
* Energetic, customer-focused service mindset throughout visits.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers, employees, and management.
* Basic mathematical ability for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
