Operations Analyst

Job Location: - Anywhere in the UK

Job Type: Permanent

Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Analyst to work anywhere in the UK.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Management Information, data accuracy, claims system set up and account funding requirements are met.

Along with your strong technical knowledge, relationship management is important. The role involves liaising with Business Intelligence Analysts, IT, Client Accounts, Management and Client Directors to ensure that new clients' needs are met prior to going live.

Your role demands strong operational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

The skills you will have when you apply:

1. Excellent IT skills; with a strong understanding of Excel and other relevant software.
2. Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with IT, Client Directors, Management and more. You’ll provide comprehensive analysis and data to a variety of teams and leaders.
3. Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills.
4. Understanding of the insurance industry and FCA requirements would be advantageous.
