Job Description:
As a Sporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational and sporting coordination of the Junior World Rally Championship (JWRC).
You will also support the organisation and development of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the strategic evolution of both championships and to enhance the FIA rallying worldwide.
You will report to the WRC Category Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Sporting coordination – WRC: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manage registrations, oversee accreditation, ensure document compliance, and propose improvements.
* Event support – JWRC (max 6 events/year): Act as FIA Championship coordinator, assess on-site conditions, report post-events, liaise with stakeholders.
* Delegate coordination: Communicate with FIA delegates and consultants.
* Reporting: Collect reports from officials, assist in WRC meetings, draft regulations, support FIA seminars.
* Championship calendar management: Review calendar submissions from ASN.
* Communication & website coordination: Maintain accurate info on fia.com, update standings.
Profile:
* Degree in Sports Management or related field.
* Strong rallying knowledge.
* Experience as co-driver, team coordinator, or event organiser is a plus.
* Familiarity with FIA regulations.
* Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder interaction.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
