An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a leading consultancy working on a high-profile project within the public sector. This role requires a background ideally working on Identity projects.
As a Delivery Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Support Agile methodologies and ensure the team adheres to best practices.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the public sector or similar environments.
* Experience working on identity projects.
* Strong understanding of Agile and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
* Experience managing cross‑functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
