In this Account Based Marketing Manager role, we are seeking a sales and marketing professional who will be responsible for nurturing and developing new business opportunities across EMEA, serving as a conduit into our sales team. You will be at the forefront of driving growth across the region, building meaningful connections, unlocking new business opportunities and acting as the vital link between our marketing vision and sales success. Requirements Some of your responsibilities would include: Proactively generating and nurturing new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, networking, and online research to keep key accounts engaged and moving through the pipeline Engaging with qualified leads to understand their interests in Flooid’s solutions, acting as the first point of contact and providing ongoing insights into the status of each deal Continuously validating prospects’ ongoing fit for Flooid by assessing needs, budget, authority and timeline (BANT) Building and maintaining relationships with leads and prospects, providing value through educational content and marketing outreach to guide them through the early stages of the sales process Co-ordinating, scheduling and participating in any meetings between qualified prospects and our sales representatives Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies and to achieve sales goals The skills you'd need to be successful: Experience working in a business-to-business role, engaging with key stakeholders and decision makers at all levels Experience working within a software/SaaS industry – experience in retail technology is helpful but not essential Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Exceptional skills building trusted relationships Experience and a keen interest in researching and leveraging multiple online and offline sources for relevant information Excellent time management skills, with good attention to detail Benefits Flexible working – To help you manage your personal responsibilities and interests, we offer a range of flexi-working options, including hybrid working, as well as balancing your work responsibilities with other priorities, like picking up your children, caring for an aging parent or attending important events.
