Over the last seven years, we have developed a market-leading platform and built lasting relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and ongoing innovation. We are now looking for a dedicated and organised Sales Support Assistant to help drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our sales operations, supporting both our internal team and valued clients. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in sales support, account management, or the software sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide admin support across the full sales process, reporting to the Managing Director
* Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
* Keep CRM (HubSpot) records up-to-date and accurate
* Coordinate client calls, demos, and internal meetings
* Engage with prospects and customers professionally and promptly
* Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and boost satisfaction
* Produce sales reports to assist business decision-making
* Offer ad-hoc admin support across the business

About
We're looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised. If you thrive in a customer-facing role and want to grow in a tech-driven business, we want to hear from you. About you:
* Recent graduate or equivalent experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot (training provided)
* Interest in the construction, architecture, or IT sectors is a bonus
