Graduate Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are looking for a graduate Teaching Assistant who is eager to hit the ground running within a new, exciting role based in Sheffield.
You will be working at a 3-form entry primary school, who have excellent facilities to support pupils’ education. The school is situated around excellent public transport links and has onsite parking.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Assisting the Teacher to plan, prepare and deliver lessons
2. Support any pupils that need additional support
3. Track and report pupils’ progress and report back to SLT/Teachers/parents/carers
4. Assist with other admin tasks and prepare learning equipment
Essential Qualifications:
5. Have experience working with children
6. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
7. Holds a transferrable degree
8. Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
