With a growing number of strategic programmes, our Transformation Management Office (TMO) has recently embarked on an expansion journey. We are excited to offer the important role of Transformation Cluster Leader at RBL. This key role will help shape the TMO strategy and develop the leadership within the function to deliver transformational initiatives.
The Transformation Cluster Leader will lead the development and delivery of initiatives within the Cluster, ensuring programmes and projects are executed efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
The TMO manages a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects, working closely with our Executive team and other senior leaders across the charity to provide expertise in project, programme, and change management.
Reporting to the Director of Transformation, the role of Transformation Cluster Leader will drive excellence and strategic priority delivery, providing assurance tailored to each business area in the Cluster. We seek a passionate leader who can provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.
This cross-functional role will work across all Directorates, engaging stakeholders to deliver transformational programmes and support growth towards our strategic goals. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and implementation of TMO strategy, including plans for function maturity.
* Leading multi-disciplinary programme and project teams within a Cluster, fostering change across strategic and tactical initiatives.
* Managing resources effectively across the Cluster.
* Interpreting programme and project data to provide insights and ensure effective reporting to senior management.
* Engaging with the Cluster's Executive owner and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

The role requires regular travel, including to our London, Haig House hub. You will be contracted to your home address and expected to work remotely using collaboration tools when not traveling.

Interview Process: Two stages, conducted virtually:
1. First stage: 1-hour assessment and 1-hour panel interview focusing on competencies and values.
2. Second stage: 'Meet the team' session and panel interview.
