Your Role
As a Brake & Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are safe and ready for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing technician services, such as routine inspections and maintenance
* Conducting basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments

Career Growth Opportunities

* Entry-Level Auto Technician (min 6 months experience): Perform light maintenance and initial inspections.
* Brake and Tire Technician (min 1 year experience): Focus on brake and tire maintenance.
* Mid-Level Technician (min 3 years experience): Handle light to medium repairs and diagnostics.
* Experienced Technician (min 5 years experience): Conduct extensive repairs and advanced diagnostics on all vehicle types.
General Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
* Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools; must lift up to 60 pounds independently
* At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes exposed to varying weather conditions
* Willingness to use safety equipment, including face shields, goggles, gloves, and other protective gear
