Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure / Terraform/AKS)

I'm hiring for a global leader in the digital communications space. Their high-throughput platforms process billions of critical messages annually for businesses worldwide. This isn't a small-scale operation; it's a role where your work directly impacts global infrastructure.
We are looking for a true Senior SRE to embed reliability engineering principles into the core of their global platforms. Your mission will be to ensure these critical services are fast, available, and scalable.
What You'll Actually Do:
* Define, measure, and defend SLOs and SLIs for critical production services. This is a data-driven role.
* Engineer and implement scalable, highly-available solutions on Azure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
* Aggressively automate and eliminate toil. You will write code (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to build tooling, improve CI/CD pipelines, and make life better for everyone.
* Lead incident response for complex issues and, more importantly, drive the blameless post-mortem process to find the root cause and engineer a permanent fix.
* Partner with development teams to consult on new features, ensuring reliability and observability are designed in from day one.
What You'll Need:
* Deep experience in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (especially PaaS, App Services).
* Strong commercial experience with Infrastructure as Code (especially Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
* A proven background in an SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering (with an operations focus) role.
* Solid scripting/programming skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
* Expertise with modern observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana).
* A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for engineering reliability.
