Home Manager - Dementia Residential Care Location: Harrogate Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: Full‑time Service Type: Residential Dementia Care About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well‑established Residential Dementia Care Home in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and driving continuous improvement within the service. You will oversee all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, caring and supportive environment for residents.
