You will be responsible for reviewing the mortgage and protection requirements across a wide range of clients, providing research of the market and identifying suitable products. The Requirements CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice. Excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities, and competitors Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills. Passionate about the company you work for and your team to really embed our values and processes. Advisers must be personable, easy to work with and share the company ethos of treating customers fairly and always offering an excellent service. A hunger to earn. Requirements Access to proven and current lead sources Have a minimum of 12 months mortgage advising experience within a whole of market brokerage. Proven use of mortgage-specific software Full driving licence Experience of advising on a range of products including residential, BTL, commercial and bridging.
