Part Qualified Accountant - With Study Support
Location: Hereford
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + flexible working + benefits

You might already be working as a Semi-Senior or Accounts Senior, or perhaps you're someone with solid experience who’s ready to step up and be part of something more meaningful.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
* Prepare year-end accounts and financial statements for diverse clients, including businesses and non-profits.
* Participate in audits or independent examinations with experienced manager support.
* Develop clear management accounts to aid client understanding and growth.
* Serve as a friendly and reliable client contact.
* Support and guide junior colleagues.
* Manage time and workload with flexibility and independence.
What they’re looking for:
* At least 12 months' experience in accountancy practice (or equivalent relevant experience).
* Part-qualified AAT/ACCA/ACA status, or qualified by experience.
* Proficiency in accountancy software (or a willingness to learn).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A valid driver's license and access to a car for occasional client visits.
* A positive, motivated attitude with a genuine interest in client and colleague success.

Requirements
* Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or any other similar role.
* Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
* Hands-on experience with any CRM software.
* Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
* Organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
