The Senior Planning & Fulfilment Administrator is enthusiastic and hardworking. Roles & Responsibilities of the Senior Planning & Fulfilment Administrator:
* Contract order inputting, including working closely with planning to ensure the orders are inputted with a correct delivery date in line with capacity.
* Daily contract order dispatch, including the sending of dispatch notes, CofA and CofC's.
* Responsible for producing and distributing a weekly and monthly dispatch report.
* Full vet process including working closely with planning to plan these products in good time to reduce the amount of bulk and finished goods on stock awaiting vet approval.
* Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Provide support on reporting the at-risk customer service tracker and issuing to the relevant departments.
* Support on the customer OTIF report and issuing to the Operations Director & Supply Chain Manager.
* Working with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure we are delivering a "World Class" level of Customer Service.
* Managing projects to ensure we are improving our OTIF levels for all our Customers.
* Ownership of key customer order trackers, being the main point of contact for the Top 5 Customer Accounts from a Customer service perspective and attending weekly and monthly account calls.
* Sending product specs to customers at their request.
* Scanning and filing on system all proof of export, Proof of delivery and delivery notes.
* Arranging and creating commercial invoices and any other export documents where required for customers.
* Updating and chasing artwork boards with the sales team to ensure plans are not affected with delays.
* Processing credit notes for customers when required.
* Booking in and arranging loads for bulk orders when required.
* Complete FDA prior notices for shipments to the USA.
* Escalating and responding to all customer complaints in a timely manner.
* Ensure orders are aligned with the production plans, and customers are notified of all delays.
* Monitoring order shortages and ensuring customers are made aware prior to dispatch.
* Communicating with customers and responding to all queries within a reasonable timeframe.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary circa £30,000 depending on experience.
