Available Roles
Cover Supervisors
As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in the classroom, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising lessons across a range of subjects using pre-set materials
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
* Providing clear feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
* Supporting the wider school community and maintaining a positive learning environment

Teaching Assistants (SEN, SEMH & Alternative Provision)
You will work in specialist settings supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), SEN, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.

* Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Supporting students with additional learning or behavioural needs

Year 1 - Cover Supervisor:

Year 2 - Teacher Training (SKiP):
