Chef de Partie – £30k – Live In – Dunster, Somerset
Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a beautiful restaurant in the Minehead area. The successful Chef de Partie will join a high-flying and focused team of chefs and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.

The Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:
7. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty
8. Managing and training any Demis or Commis working with you
9. Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
10. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
11. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your very own section.
