About the role
* Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Assist with the development and delivery of individual learning plans and strategies.
* Support students in both academic and social settings, promoting independence and confidence.
* Help students with their personal care needs as required.
* Foster an inclusive classroom environment by supporting diverse learning styles.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
