The Sr. Analyst, AI Enablement is a critical execution role responsible for ensuring clients are technically prepared for—and successfully migrated to—our AI/ML‑first platform. This role owns the end‑to‑end technical integration lifecycle, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable, and high‑quality migrations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Own the end‑to‑end technical integration lifecycle for client migrations into the AI/ML‑first platform, from pre‑migration readiness through validation and go‑live.
2. Assess and execute integrations with a focus on data quality, consistency, and scalability, ensuring AI/ML models receive clean, reliable inputs.
3. Perform hands‑on integrations in partnership with AI/ML, Account Management, and other relevant internal stakeholders.
4. Validate integrations through testing, monitoring, and post‑integration checks to ensure accuracy and stability prior to go‑live.
5. Identify and resolve integration gaps that could negatively impact model performance or automation outcomes.
6. Enable rapid, repeatable migrations by minimizing bespoke or one‑off integration approaches.
7. Provide regular updates on integration status, risks, and dependencies to the Director of AI Enablement.
8. Contribute to internal documentation, runbooks, and technical standards to support scalability.
9. Continuously refine integration processes to improve speed, reliability, and repeatability.
Skills & Qualifications:
10. 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS or similar environment.
11. 5+ years of experience working with the Accertify Interceptas platform.
12. In‑depth understanding of Interceptas rules, rulesets, and ruleset logic.
13. Self‑starter comfortable leading change and driving execution.
14. Strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapid change.
15. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally to gather feedback and align stakeholders.
16. Demonstrated adaptability in analyzing issues and making timely decisions.
17. Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
18. Hands‑on proficiency with one or more of the following data exploration tools: SQL, Splunk, Spark, Drill, or Python (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, PySpark).
Additional Details:
19. Potential salary range: $110,000-130,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
20. This role is eligible for remote US-based (work-from-home) locations. Chicago-based candidates would work in a hybrid capacity from the Accertify HQ located in Itasca, IL.
21. Travel: Less than 15%
22. Visa Sponsorship: employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. is required, as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position.
