Our Unique Selling Point (USP) in this ever-changing retail world is the relationships we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and their local store team. You will be the face of JoJo, providing a fantastic level of customer care and service that we are proud of and committed to maintaining. Your role will involve guiding, informing, and assisting customers in choosing from our extensive range of clothing and products, which could include expectant parents, excited grandparents, or other friends and family.

Our B Corp principles are fundamental, and every team member is expected to uphold them. As we transition into a digital retail environment, offering Omni-Channel customer service is essential to foster customer loyalty.

A peek into your daily adventures:

* Assisting customers in diverse situations, from bra fitting or maternity wear discussions to demonstrating a baby carrier to an interested parent.
* Preparing and managing Omni-Channel orders.
* Communicating with customers in-store or via phone regarding orders.
* Using digital or virtual learning platforms to continually develop your retail knowledge and skills.
* Learning about new products to increase sales opportunities.
* Actively listening to customers’ needs and providing the best solutions.
* Ensuring the store remains immaculate and inviting.

A typical week would involve 3 shifts of 4 hours each; flexibility is required based on store needs.

Skills that will help you succeed:

* Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
* Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to learn and communicate detailed product information effectively.
* A self-motivated learning attitude and curiosity about new products.
* Strong active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs, with a natural sales ability.
* Ability to work harmoniously within a small team.
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment, with most stores open 7 days a week.
* Attention to detail to maintain store standards.
