Overview
Stripe OLT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Offensive Security team as an Offensive Security Consultant, with proven experience in delivering technical offensive security engagements. This position offers a unique chance to be part of a growing, successful Managed Service Provider with established offices in London, Bristol, and Manchester. This role will include both conducting and leading penetration testing engagements, scoping discussions including pre-sales responsibilities and report delivery of projects to clients. A successful candidate will be confident in delivering comprehensive web application and API penetration testing and where necessary, internal and external penetration tests.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Network Penetration Testing: Perform in-depth and comprehensive penetration testing on internal and external networks and other areas where necessary.
* Client Delivery: Conduct consulting-level client-facing engagements, providing constructive feedback and clear guidance on advancing clients’ technological maturity to reduce cyber threats.
* Pre-Engagement Support: Work well within internal teams, such as sales and Business Development Managers, to ensure smooth delivery of projects from pre-sales to delivery.
* Ongoing Development: Stay up to date with the latest cyber security trends, vulnerabilities and attacks, contributing internal approaches to the Offensive Security department and processes where necessary.
Desirable Experience
SkillRequirements
* At least 2 years minimum of hands-on experience in Offensive Security Consultancy.
* Demonstrated experience in Scoping, Proposal and Pre-Sales within Offensive Security.
* Demonstrated technical knowledge of both Windows, Linux, Network Protocols and Application Security.
* Demonstrated deep understanding of web application technologies, including client-side, server-side and database.
* Strong understanding of OWASP.
* API Penetration testing experience.
* Ability to assist in mobile applications where possible.
* Security certifications such as CREST CRT, OSCP, CRTO, OSWE, CSTM or CTM are highly desirable.
* Must be able to write detailed technical reports, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical clients.
Beneficial Additional Experience
* Experience in security assessments of cloud environments, including Azure and AWS.
* Involvement in previous research projects or contributions to CVE Mitre.
* Code review and/or IoT and/or thick client testing experience.
* Base Salary: Up to 55k salary depending on experience
