We’re now looking for an organised and passionate Breakfast Chef to take ownership of the morning service and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency, efficiency, and care. Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to brand and service standards Managing morning mise en place and organising your section Ensuring buffet and à la carte breakfast options are fresh, well-presented, and replenished Supporting handover into lunch preparation with the wider kitchen team Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and waste control Working closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth breakfast service What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or strong Commis in a quality-led kitchen Strong organisation and time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay calm during busy service Excellent attention to detail and consistency A positive attitude and passion for hospitality WHAT DO WE OFFER?
