As the face of the restaurant and bar, you will control the flow of guests, coordinate with the Kitchen and senior management, and ensure a smooth, controlled dining experience. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so flexibility and shift work across evenings and weekends is key.
We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships and detailed brand training, enabling you to progress to Head of Department roles. Internal development is actively encouraged.
