Our client, a leading independent finance brokerage, is expanding and looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join their dynamic team. About the Role As an Asset Finance Broker, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with SME and corporate clients, understanding their funding requirements, and structuring bespoke finance solutions. You’ll have access to an extensive panel of lenders and full operational support to allow you to focus on what you do best- winning business and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage your own portfolio of business clients across multiple sectors Identify funding needs and structure tailored asset finance solutions Source competitive terms through a wide network of lenders Negotiate and present finance proposals with clarity and professionalism Maintain strong relationships with introducers, vendors, and repeat customers Deliver exceptional service while consistently meeting revenue targets About You Proven success in asset finance, commercial finance, or B2B financial sales Strong understanding of products such as HP, Finance Lease, Operating Lease, Invoice Finance, or Business Loans Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate complex information simply A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills Self-motivated and capable of managing a busy pipeline Existing introducer relationships (preferred but not essential) What’s on Offer Competitive base salary lucrative, uncapped commission structure Marketing support, and access to a large lender panel Clear career progression within a growing organisation Supportive, collaborative team culture
