About the Role
We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Skegness Resort as part of the Shops team.
As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by leading and inspiring the team to deliver excellent dining and entertainment experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to providing a fun-filled holiday environment.
You should enjoy developing people and be dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through coaching, training, and nurturing your team.
You will lead by example to uphold high standards and ensure all brand and Butlin's standards are met.
Reporting to the Head of Department, you'll thrive in a busy environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
You'll focus on maintaining brand consistency, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
The role involves analysing KPIs, managing stock control to maximise profit margins, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety policies.

Key responsibilities
* Oversee daily venue operations
* Ensure consistent delivery of quality guest experiences in line with brand standards
* Capture and analyse guest feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements
* Monitor P&L and payroll, taking corrective actions as needed
* Provide accurate rosters 3 weeks in advance via SAM and ensure system accuracy
* Monitor NPS scores and act on guest feedback
* Motivate your team to achieve departmental objectives
* Uphold Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours
* Focus on RPRRT in recruitment and contract management
* Build strong relationships across the resort and support teams
* Monitor team retention and use exit interviews to improve staff engagement
* Manage all aspects of people management, including onboarding, PDPs, performance reviews, and training
