What Were Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner .
* Sound knowledge of EYFS Ofsted standards and safeguarding.
* Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for inspiring young minds and supporting your teams development.
