Within this role you will be responsible for taking ownership of a live caseload of vacancies, partner directly with hiring managers and deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment across the business. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment and understands how to deliver results while maintaining an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of vacancies from briefing through to offer. Partnering with hiring managers to provide guidance, recruitment best practice and market insight. Advertising roles, sourcing candidates, screening CVs and conducting interviews. Using the applicant tracking system to manage candidates and ensure process consistency. Building strong relationships across HR and the wider business. Ensuring an organised, efficient and professional recruitment process.
