Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer to join an organisation on a temporary basis to work within their leasehold and private rent team.
Responsibilities of the Leasehold Officer:
* Manage leasehold properties
* Oversee budgets and services charges for leasehold properties
* Deal with breaches of leases
* Assist in property purchases and buybacks
* Complete scheme inspections
Essential Requirements of the Leasehold Officer:
* Experience dealing within leaseholds
