A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Service and Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm. Paying £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Schedule and coordinate service engineers, including travel arrangements
Sell contracts/service visits to maintain a full diary/schedule of works
Support breakdown situations by coordinating engineers and liaising with the technical team
Process spare parts enquiries, sales, ordering and shipping
Prepare commercial invoices, customs paperwork and shipping documentation
Coordinate machine commissioning, engineer visits and operator training
Maintain sales/enquiry records and support monthly reporting
Work closely with workshop and operations teams to track machine completion schedules
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Service and Operations Coordinator position:
Engineering, manufacturing and production industry experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience in service coordination, operations, logistics or engineering support preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good IT and administration skills
Experience with shipping/export paperwork beneficial
