Main Duties And Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide helpful, friendly advice.
Perform market reviews with clients.
Record Customer feedback and keep clients informed.
Negotiate offers and support the sales process from start to finish.
Book valuation appointments to help generate new business.
Work closely with clients and solicitors to ensure a smooth experience.
Handle administrative tasks, including organising marketing materials, maintaining window displays and ordering office supplies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Viewings and valuations booked.
New instructions and sales agreed.
Sales completed.
Referrals for mortgages and conveyancing.
Requirements
