Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and provide helpful, friendly advice.
* Perform market reviews with clients.
* Record Customer feedback and keep clients informed.
* Negotiate offers and support the sales process from start to finish.
* Book valuation appointments to help generate new business.
* Work closely with clients and solicitors to ensure a smooth experience.
* Handle administrative tasks, including organising marketing materials, maintaining window displays and ordering office supplies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Viewings and valuations booked.
* New instructions and sales agreed.
* Sales completed.
* Referrals for mortgages and conveyancing.
