Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food production and service. Responsibilities
* Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.

* Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality and seasonal ingredients.
* Train new staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service expectations.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with hygiene standards.
* Implement cost control measures to optimise kitchen efficiency without compromising quality.
Skills
* Proven experience in food production and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong management skills with previous supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
* Culinary experience with a passion for creating diverse menus that cater to various tastes.
