We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Torquay – a beautiful seaside town on the English Riviera, known for its stunning coastline, vibrant town centre, and welcoming community. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and engage a team.
* Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales performance.
* A genuine passion for fashion retail and customer service.
* Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
